Industries handling explosive, reactive, toxic and other hazardous chemicals need to train their employees thoroughly on the hazards they are handling, consequences of untoward incidents and respective measures to run the process without incidents. Development of employees on process safety is a major key to eliminate process incidents. We undertake complete responsibility of employees training that an industrial site employees need to undergo to run the site incident free. We survey the site, meet employees, find their training needs, make a training plan, set training index (average training hours per employees per year) and complete the target.
