We understand requirements of our client, search candidates, interview them (online) to ascertain a suitability and refer to the companies.
Client interviews the candidate, if finds suitable, provides him a job either on company role with suitable designation or on personal contract as a consultant.
In no case the candidate will be on a role of Mayra Safety Consultancy.
Accident Insurance and applicable legal support is a responsibility of a client.
We charge one month CTC of the candidate from the client. A continuation of the services of a candidate with the client is a responsibility of the client.
